I have an affection for symbols that stand the test of time. Before, it was a 30-year-old, 12-inch ruler boasting, “We Measure Up…We’re Not a Bank – We’re Better”.
Today, it is a timeless symbol that conveys a sense of protection and security during turbulent economic times. Created in 1923 by Joseph Stern, The Umbrella Man represented the core principles of the credit union movement, then and now. I find myself drawing a parallel between his legacy and our unwavering commitment at Holy Family Memorial Credit Union (HFMCU) to safeguard your financial well-being.
We are here to provide more than just financial products and services. We aim to guide you through the inclement financial forecast and strive to be a beacon of hope and support.
Our promise is to work tirelessly for you, evolving and innovating. We are not just a financial institution; we are your trusted financial professionals. Our focus is on people, not profits – embodying the true spirit of "people helping people."
Keep an eye out for Umbrella Man and what HFMCU has to offer both now and on the horizon:
I am proud of the work completed on behalf of our deserving membership. I look forward to supporting and growing the relationships in the communities of our beginnings as a credit union. We support the correlation between physical health, spiritual condition, and financial wellbeing. Like the Umbrella Man, open to us for support. Take comfort from the elements as we safely and securely embark on a shared journey toward securing your financial future.
